Is Nicole Richie going back to the farm? Not quite, but the star, who first became a household name after “working” on an Arkansas dairy farm with pal Paris Hilton on The Simple Life, is returning to TV.

The mother of two is in talks to star with her husband, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden, in a new reality series. According to a friend, the concept is an at-home talk show where Nicole’s famous friends pop in to be interviewed by the couple.

“Nicole turns down a lot of roles because she doesn’t want to leave her children, Harlow and Sparrow,” the friend explains. “This would be an option because she could work from home.”

IN news that will break hearts all over the world, Robbie Williams could officially be off the market for good after proposing to his model lover on Sydney radio today.

During a chat with Kyle and Jackie O, Robbie talks about the most romantic things he's ever done, and then he topped it all by pulling out a ring and proposing to his long term girlfriend Ayda Field who was next to him in the interview.

He started off by saying "is there anyone you want to get married to? Ayda Field I love you so much....".

Ayda and Robbie met after friends set them up on a blind date, but it turns out that he didn't like the actress that much for the first twenty minutes when they met. "She came to the house and I thought, I've got to get her out!" but then they fell in love on the sofa instead!


Robbie also talks about spending time his ex-bandmates "There's a lot of love there...I've always wanted to be in a band ever since I left Take That...I fancy a bit of that myself." So, could his latest solo stuff be the last we hear for a while? We hope not, but we would love to see those boy band dance moves again!

Lindsay Lohan will continue to work as an artistic adviser at Emanuel Ungaro despite her first collection receiving a mixed response.

Speaking to Reuters, chief executive Mounir Moufarrige insisted that Lohan would continue to collaborate with the company in the wake of her debut line being panned by critics.

"Yes, [she is staying on]. She has a job to do," he said.

"The criticism was harsh. I am sure we can do better in the collection, to be honest... But it did sell well."

When asked about reports that founder Emanuel Ungaro branded the collection a "disaster", he replied: "Mr Ungaro has his views, he can keep them. I have no comment."

Moufarrige added that future lines for the company needed to be "more tight" and "more identity-driven".

Lohan debuted her collection at Paris Fashion Week last month.

Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with James Urbaniak about his contributions to the popular [adult swim] cartoon series The Venture Bros. James provides the voices of several of the series’s regular characters, including Dr. Rusty Venture, his brother Jonas Venture, Jr., and a villain called Phantom Limb. Currently in its fourth season, The Venture Bros. is an animated adult series that follows the adventures of super-scientist and former child star Rusty Venture, his twin sons, Hank and Dean Venture, their bodyguard Brock Sampson (voiced by Patrick Warburton, voice of Joe Swanson on Family Guy), and the various villains that are constantly trying to off the Venture family (including but not limited to The Monarch, Sgt. Hatred, and Phantom Limb).

Lindsay Lohan is coming home for the holidays – and her family is putting her to work!

Although Lindsay usually gets VIP treatment, while in Long Island, N.Y., with her family – including mom Dina, sister Ali, and two brothers – the Mean Girls actress will be busy in the kitchen.

"Lindsay is making the garlic mashed potatoes. They are amazing!" Dina Lohan told PEOPLE while taking a break from serving a Thanksgiving lunch to autistic and special needs community members at the Harbor Links Country Club in Long Island, N.Y. on Tuesday.

As for how her daughter her is doing, Dina says, "Lindsay is doing great right now. She's happy and very busy working. She works a lot and so we're excited to have her home for Thanksgiving."

And Lindsay isn't the only member of the family who will help with the day's feast. "Ali is doing the stuffing and I'm doing the turkey and making sure nothing burns," says Dina.

Once the meal is prepared, the family will celebrate a sweet tradition. "We go around the table and say what we are thankful for," says Dina. "I grew up with it and it's just a Thanksgiving tradition we have going on at our house that we grabbed onto … We are so blessed and it's important to share what we are thankful for, and not to take things for granted."

Roman Polanski is set to spend his house arrest at a luxury Swiss ski resort, with officials insisting his imminent release from jail will be handled quickly and discreetly.

The shamed filmmaker has been in prison in Switzerland since his arrest in September on an international warrant relating to a 1977 charge of unlawful sex with an under-age girl. Polanski pleaded guilty to the crime but fled the U.S. in 1978 before he could be sentenced.

The director was finally granted bail on Wednesday, after his three previous bids for freedom were rejected, and he is now being prepared for release after Swiss officials waived their right to appeal the decision.

Polanski's sister-in-law, Mathilde Seigner, admits she is delighted the star will soon be free, telling French newspaper Le Parisien, "I am very happy and relieved. We're going to drink a nice glass of champagne and toast together."

Authorities in the country have refused to announce when the 76 year old will be released, but a statement from the Swiss justice department on Thursday reveals preparations are underway. The statement reads, "Polanski will be released from custody as soon as bail has been transferred, ID and travel documents have been lodged, and the electronic monitoring system has been installed and tested."

While Ministry spokesman Folco Galli tells the Associated Press the release will be handled quietly, "We don't want to show him off like an exotic animal."

Polanski will reportedly be transferred to his luxury ski chalet in the resort of Gstaad, where he will remain under house arrest until the Swiss government decides whether to allow an extradition request which will see him sent back to the U.S. to receive his punishment.

The girls are the latest massive stars set to play the Sunday results show when another contestant will be kicked off.

Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, judge Cheryl Cole, Whitney Houston and Westlife are among acts already to hit the X stage.

GaGa’s performance is bound to be explosive. At Glastonbury this year she basically set fire to her breasts whilst at the VMAs she pretended to stab herself.

At the American Music Awards this week she played at a piano that was on fire and wore a typically bizarre outfit.

Janet herself is no stranger to controversial performances, having upset America by exposing her boob at the Superbowl in 2004.

According to INO, Heidi Klum’s husband Seal is hoping to adopt her 5 ½-year-old daughter Leni before Christmas. The 46-year-singer, who has three children with Heidi – Henry, 4, Johan, 3 and 6-week-old baby Lou – has already started on the legal proceedings to become Leni’s legal guardian.

Heidi’s father, Guenther, fully supports their decision: “Heidi, Seal and the kids have always been a happy family – in everyday life and in their heart. Then they should also be happy on paper.”

The couple has also been given the support of Leni’s biological father, 59-year-old Italian business man, Flavio Briatore. Flavio, whom Heidi has said has no part in Leni’s life, is currently expecting a child with his wife, 29-year-old Elisabetta Gregoraci.

Shortly after the birth of their first child, Seal, whose relationship with Heidi began when she was pregnant with Leni, spoke out about how he’s always thought of Leni as his own daughter:

Leni is my first child. Just like Henry I saw her take shape and move in Heidi’s body. And I was present at her birth, too. Leni is my daughter and Henry is my son. I am happy to have two healthy children and that Henry will soon be saying papa to me just like Leni does already.
